It has been almost half a month since I've written any new content, and finally, today, I decided to devote at least two days a week to writing. So here I am with a new blog. You can expect more good content in the upcoming days.

As a solopreneur, you can't rely on just one source of income. Solopreneurship comes with uncertainty and hurdles; your main source of income can vanish at any time.

So, this is how I make money as a solopreneur.

Let's start.

1. Selling Notion template

This is the most obvious one. I spend most of my time creating Notion templates, improving them from time to time, and sending emails for continuous promotion.

Starting a Notion template business takes time and effort, but once you're done with creating 10 to 15 templates, all you have to do is promote them.

Notion templates are considered the best side hustle because you make them once and can sell as many copies as you want without investing any money.

2. Writing and selling ebooks

I have always wanted to write ebooks, and I took a long time to launch my first ebook, but the result was fruitful. Things like ebooks build authority, and people trust you more.

So far, I've created 4 ebooks, and to my surprise, the result was far better than I expected.

Writing and selling ebooks requires time, effort, and knowledge. I don't believe people who say they are making $1000 just by writing ebooks with the help of chatGPT, which takes them 20 minutes to create.

So, what is the best approach to writing and building an ebook side hustle?

So here's the trick.

If you've been writing on a platform like Twitter or Medium for a long time, just combine similar content from your profile. For example, you've written 10 threads about productivity or writing. All you have to do is combine all the content, create a cover, and give it a name.

Promote this ebook and collect emails. In the meantime, work on a fresh topic that will provide more value than the free ebook.

Now, upsell this ebook with the free one. Once sales kick in your account, start working on more stuff.

3. Creating custom templates for clients

I know it is a kind of freelancing, but I find creating Notion templates for clients is easier than any other freelancing service. If you can build a good Notion template, you can start selling your services to others.

But how do you get there?

Create a gig on Fiverr, create a Gumroad page for your services, and put the Fiverr link there. Once you've done a good amount of work on your shop, your custom gig will attract customers. Many people don't like to buy even premium templates; they prefer a custom system.

On Fiverr, the competition is very low, but many people told me they have no luck finding leads on Fiverr. I'll just say, wait for it. For some people, it may take 3 days, and for some, it takes 3 months. You've to be patient in order to receive good fortune in life.
