3 Things You Should Know as a Beginner Writer
The 2nd one is crucial.
If you're a newbie writer, you must see thousands of established writers online. That left you confused. Does this world still need your writing? Why will someone even want to read you when there is already so much content on the internet?
If you're a newbie or haven't even started, this thought may occur in your mind. The thing is, 70% of people don't even take the first step because they think they have nothing new to offer.
In today's blog, I will discuss 3 things you should know as a beginner writer; they will help you get started.
1. You always have something unique to offer
Every individual is different because only you experience your life and personality. You can offer a unique point of view and share your thoughts with the world. Only you can tell people about your experience; nobody else can.
This thing makes writing different from other skills.
2. Start with one platform
One thing at a time is one of the best methods you can follow in life. If you're just a beginner writer, starting 3 to 4 platforms together will leave you burned out.
Every platform is built differently, and its algorithm and audience are entirely different. So you can't handle everything together. Instead, try to choose the one platform that you find more convenient and start using it.
3. Find your community
Social media seems very tough if you don't have people who care for you, your work, and your content. Initially, everything looks difficult, but with time and effort, you'll find your community—people who always look forward to your work.
It does take time; people on the internet don't just see you, they scan you. So, always be true to yourself and your audience.
